Community classes are the perfect way to enjoy Pilates with other like-minded people who live in your local area. Classes are a maximum of fourteen people enabling a more personal level of service and understanding of the teaching method. I am experienced with working with clients in a group setting, on a 1:1, with couples, small groups/partners, children, group fitness and older clients and beginners. I can work with you to focus on tone, strength, core, flexibility, fitness, posture, form, alignment using correct techniques and execution of movements.

For first-time clients, I will allocate a portion of your appointment for a consultation to discuss your medical history and specific treatment objectives.
Reiki can be incorporated into any massage session. If you wish to include this option, please mention it during your booking or as an additional service.
A parental consent form will be required before any session and parental supervision is required throughout the session.
I offer and have been trained in providing massage treatments for clients who have been diagnosed with, living with, or are in post-cancer treatment. A consultation will be required before treatment.
Booking Procedures
Please be aware that I do not use an online booking system due to the diversity of my job role. When enquiring about scheduling a treatment, kindly specify your available dates and times. I will make every effort to respond promptly.
At busy times, there can be a waiting list of up to two weeks, so please ensure you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Hair Management
If you have long hair, kindly bring a hair clip or tie to secure your hair during the treatment, if necessary.

I use Songbird natural massage waxes, which include both vegan and unscented options. Please inform me of any allergies during your consultation, as well as any changes in your medical history that may impact the selection of products suitable for your treatment.
