I am based in Bournemouth and when I am not teaching Pilates, I am easily accessible for my other therapies from Bournemouth, Poole, Ferndown and surrounding areas at my home in Dorset.

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Fridays: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
