Welcome to Body and Mind Matter, my name is Michelle Carpenter and I work as a Counsellor, Health & Wellbeing Coach, Pilates Teacher, Reiki Practitioner and Massage Therapist based on the beautiful South Coast of Dorset.

My location

I am based in Bournemouth and when I am not teaching Pilates, I am easily accessible for my other therapies from Bournemouth, Poole, Ferndown and surrounding areas at my home in Dorset.

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

Fridays: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
